Changelog & Roadmap
What shipped in WB-1 v1.0, and what's coming next. We ship in the open and tell you what's on the bench.
We ship in the open. Here’s what’s in the box today and what’s on the bench for the next releases. Dates on the roadmap are intentions, not promises — pilot teams help us set the order.

v1.0 — Now shipping
The first production release of the WB-1. Everything documented across this site runs in v1.0.
- Three concurrent radios — BLE 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, and LoRa with independent antennas, all active at once.
- Sub-8 ms engine — deterministic real-time path on a dedicated Cortex-M7 at a fixed 1 kHz tick.
- YAML rule engine — declarative
when/thenrules, hot-reload, fleet push over REST. See the engine. - Deterministic conflict resolution — priority → freshness → specificity, every decision audit-logged.
- On-device ML — TFLite Micro, models up to 256 KB, sub-millisecond inference, fully offline.
- Three topologies — hub, mesh, and edge + cloud hybrid, same firmware throughout.
- Hash-chained audit log — tamper-evident NDJSON, local plus cloud sync.
- Built-in dashboard — web UI with no app install; live per-channel signal quality.
- Signed OTA updates — A/B partitions with automatic rollback.
Coming next
v1.1 — Fleet templates (targeted Q3 2026)
- Reusable, parameterized rule templates that apply across sites by zone.
- Bulk rule diff + dry-run before a fleet push.
- Per-zone dashboard permissions for operators vs. admins.
v1.2 — Model zoo (targeted Q4 2026)
- A library of pre-trained on-device models: bearing wear, occupancy estimation, RF anomaly detection.
- One-click model deployment to a mesh, with versioned rollback.
v2.0 — LoRa mesh routing (exploratory)
- Multi-hop LoRa routing so far-edge nodes relay through each other, extending range beyond a single radio’s reach.
- Cross-site rule federation for operators running many meshes.
